(Previously [[2024-09-28 1141 I still don't get gesha I guess-a]]) Okay, took another crack at [[Black and White The House that Gesha Built]] this time with the [[Pourovers#Hario Switch]]. Did the immersion bloom followed by half percolation half immersion, with a bit lowered temp on the immersion faces. Ground at 60 clicks on the [[Pourovers#ZP6]]. Definitely an improvement. Fruity notes came through and a just a lot more going on, generally, and it was also relatively smooth and rich and due to the immersion step.
