Hybrid switch brew of [[Black and White Edwin Noreña Strawberry Blossom]], went all the way out to 65 clicks on the ZP6 to get faster drain time between steps. Bit lower water temp throughout, was about 3 minute contact time or a bit more. Very fruity and floral, tart but not sharp acidity, no bitterness or roast notes. Good jorb.
