[[2024-10-9 1532 Coffee and Tea Status|Yesterday's]] brew went well so I just did the same thing with [[Black and White The House that Gesha Built]] today, i.e., Switch hybrid brew at 65 on the ZP6. Best results I've had with this coffee so far -- tart, sweet, mouth watering, complex, minimal bitterness.
