Today tried doing an initial 45 second steep with 125g, then allowing a slow flow and pulse pouring through the dispersion cap to keep the water just at the top of the leaves. Better overall results, but not as strong as my split recipe. I also tried rebrewing (passing the brewed tea back through the leaves again) but found it added astringency without increasing flavor.
