Iced the [[Black and White Edwin Noreña Strawberry Blossom]] using the Switch in hybrid mode. It’s quite good and the strawberry comes through very well, but there is a little bitterness and astringency. I probably went a little too long on the immersion?ion? This is fun coffee though, regardless.
