Morning: [[Black and White Edwin Noreña Strawberry Blossom]] in a basic V60 brew. Real good! Afternoon: Iced [[Hydrangea Castillo Thermal Shock Decaf Finca El Paraiso September 2024]]. Used the switch in hybrid mode with no bloom. 60 on ZP6. 200g of ice, 200g percolation, 100g immersion for one minute. No off flavors in the result, but it's perhaps a bit too mild. What's there tastes great, but it's very muted.
