Afternoon tea: [[Floating Leaves Alishan Black Spring 2024]]. 10g, brewed [[Stacked Split Tea Brewing|stacked split]] 3x30s 2x60s 100g each step. No bitterness, low astringency, very thick and creamy body, and extremely smooth. Mildly tart/sour aftertaste as it cools.
