Tried the [[Flower Child Luis Cuellar]] this morning. Orea 2-pour, negotiated, 55 on ZP6, 22g, 500mL: tasty. Sweet and mouth-watering, tangy acidity. Could back off the extraction a little one way or another. I tend to err on the side of maximizing extraction on Flower Child brews because he roasts so light, but I think his roasts have mellowed out slightly over time a bit.
