# Notes
Pretty green? Sweeter smell than taste, slightly aspartame. Too thin on split A, pretty good on split B. _Slight_ astringency and bitterness. Chilling on the tongue.
D2 -- Ooh, this is surprisingly good. Sweeter than expected, with pretty good body. Slightly vegetal.

>
> It is called Four Seasons of Spring (Si Ji Chun) because it provides bountiful harvests all year long. We still only purchase during the Spring and Winter harvests, because those seasons are optimal for growing good tea. We use this as a base for our [House Oolong](https://floatingleaves.us/collections/oolong/products/house-oolong).
