# Notes Pattern D2 -- Checked midway and caught some early astringency so went to D2 which seems to work pretty well. Overall pretty green, somewhat vegetal, savory and slightly mineral. Some bright/acidic notes, maybe? Overall I feel like good but not great? Off-pattern: accidentally brewed one minute on first steep in D2 and got a quite sweet result. # Vendor Copy > Story > > Famous high elevation oolong tea from Shizuo Alishan, Pearls of Dew or 珠露茶 is medium roasted to bring out its rich fruitiness and solid foundation.
