# Notes Pattern D2 — pretty green but also astringent. Menthol? Grapefruitlike acidity and bitterness. Pattern D -- Much more closely resembles a normal cup of black tea. Still vegetal, but the astringency is balanced out. Still a bit of sourness but I don't pick out distinct flavors so much. But the result is more drinkable.
